What’s a good day? Being up-and-around and doing stuff (whatever stuff) while only needing a few tylenol all day. I guess the 21 day cycle wasn’t just a guess – just enough time to get feeling human again so that you can handle another round on Thursday!
About Intrathecal (spinal) chemo – we decided to do a fluid check before cycle 3 and see if there is any evidence of infection (yes, that means a spinal tap…sounds worse than it is).
Thanks all for your boredom-avoidance suggestions and contributions (though one of my good buddies was much more ambitious for me than I could possibly be for myself!).
Oh yeah, and today was the day when running my hand through my hair gave me a hairy hand…so I buzzed my head rather than out-do Sophie (shown below with a few of her friends) at shedding around the house.

Now, is the dog also shaved? That would be impressive.

Cliff, the exercise is a snap for any parent after suffering a summer of “I’m bored.” Though my wife seems to keep the kids plenty busy, I was able to tap into my own teenage angst to produce the list. Have at it!
